And, Lt. Scott, why was James good enough to boff in the pilot but you need Dead Pol's Daughter when death is near at hand?
And the "what if he knew?" bit made no sense. Rush is a nutjob for dragging all these people to His Destiny, but there's no logical reason why he would want 17 people sent off to possible death. Or, if there was, why would he help bring them back? Gah.
